My order never arrived โ€” what do I do?

Contact the farmer directly through the in-app chat. If the issue isn't resolved, email us at support@mahaseel.store with your order number and we will investigate.

A farmer listed a product that doesn't exist / wrong description

Please report it to support@mahaseel.store with the farmer's name and product listing. We take false listings seriously and will review the account.

A buyer placed an order and never responded / gave a wrong address

Document the issue and email us. Buyers who repeatedly misuse the platform will be suspended. Farmers are protected against deliberate bad-faith orders.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to support@mahaseel.store from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 7 days.

The disease scanner gave me a wrong result
